Caitlyn // Caitlyn is 29 years old. She is originally from Iowa but now lives in the music city, Nashville. Caitlyn is a HR Business Partner by day and a singer/songwriter by night. Her hobbies include attending writers rounds and concerts, reading, walking around aimlessly outside, and deep talks. She wanted to be a Red Barn rep because she loves supporting inclusive small businesses. Caitlyn always gets lots of good compliments when she is rocking her RBB clothing, jewelry, and accessories! We love having Caitlyn apart of our team of reps. We love you girl and appreciate all that you do to help us grow. Keep rocking it out and chasing that dream! |

Erica // Erica is 22 years old and currently works as a RN. She graduated with her BSN in 2022 and will be starting her Masters of Science in Biomedical Diagnostics in August. Erica is a third-generation farmer and works part-time on her family’s farm running grain carts, hoeing, helping with paperwork. She loves being a Red Barn rep because she believes their style perfectly aligns with my life…many different categories of clothing/accessories that work with each part of my busy life! Kristin // Kristin is 26 years old and graduated from Western Illinois University with a degree in exercise science and nutrition. She is also an entrepreneur and owns Grace + Grit Nutrition in Pittsfield, IL. Kristin is a mama of 3 under the age of 3. She loves working out, camping, and puzzles. We miss having you so close to us, but we love you so dearly! |

Nichole // Nichole is 22 and the owner of Reap + Sow Nutrition in Geneseo, IL. She also works on her family's farm and sells seed for NuTech! She is from Geneseo and still resides there. Nichole is a graduate of Western Illinois University. Her hobbies include photography, working outside, and cooking! Nichole says she loves RBB because it brings some new styles to the area, and she loves the owner. (Awwww) We love our small business buddy! Claire // Claire is 19 and just finished her freshman year of college! She works as a sales associate and model for Red Barn/Iron + Grain Boutiques. Some of her hobbies include: hangin' with family and friends, visiting local drink shops, playing golf, and working. Claire loves RBB because it offers clothing for all sizes and styles, and it's run by one of her favorite people ever. We love Claire and appreciate all the modeling she does for us along with working at the shop! She really is Ashley's right-hand woman and go-to person for business ideas. Claire has made Red Barn both in-store and on social media all that it is today! |

Bre // Bre is 26 and works in healthcare in southwest Colorado. Some of her hobbies include fishing, hunting, hiking, and shopping! Anything outdoors - that's where you'll find her. Bre loves RBB because of the variety, affordability, and simply because the clothes are cute! She loves the customer service and that there is something new all the time. Thank you Bre for supporting us and helping us grow! We love you! |

Braelyn // Braelyn is 22 and is a recent college graduate from Illinois State University! She enjoys working out, embroidery, and spending time with her boyfriend, family and friends. Braelyn loves RBB because it fits her style so well -- Western feel with a Midwestern twist! She also loves that Ashley is so easy to be friends with and get to know. She loves supporting other small businesses and RBB always has the cutest stuff it's hard to say no to! As a curvier girl, Braelyn loves that Red Barn carries clothes that fit her shape. We love Braelyn's outgoing and loving personality and all the joy she brings to our team of reps! |

Sarah // Sarah is a graduate of Black Hawk East where she received an associates degree in applied sciences in Ag Business Management and Agriculture Production! She currently resides in Kewanee, IL. Sarah shows horses competitively for her school, and in her free time she loves hanging out with her friends and going on walks with her dog. Sarah loves RBB because Red Barn perfectly encompasses with her lifestyle and functionality without breaking the bank. She also loves the team and how friendly everyone is.
