Shipping & Returns


Shipping Info:

  • RBB offers Standard and Expedited Shipping via USPS for all orders in the US.

  • Orders over $99 ship for free!

  • Be sure your shipping location is safe, Red Barn is not responsible for stolen or damaged packages.

  • You are responsible to enter the correct shipping information. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

  • All orders will be processed in 5-7 business days unless it is a pre-order. You will be notified of all and any shipping updates for pre-orders.

Return Policy:

  • Returns will be issued in the form of instore credit.

  • We must receive your return within 14 days of your purchase date to be eligible for a refund.

  • Jewelry, Intimates, Bath/Body + Sale items are NON-returnable.
  • Returns MUST BE scent-free, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

  • To reiterate, sale items are final.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable​.

  • Please inquire about where to ship or drop off returns/exchanges. You may do this by emailing ashley@shoptheredbarn.com

  • At this time RBB does not offer return labels but we hope to do so in the future as we continue to grow!

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your item back to us within 14 days of purchase. Once the item is received, inspected, and approved, you will be issued instore credit. You can then apply the instore credit for the desired size.

Defective Items:

All defective items must be reported within 5 days of being received. Once inspected and approved you will be given in-store credit. You can then apply the in-store credit to another item. Items that have been washed will not be eligible for in-store credit.
