Shipping & Returns


As of August 1, 2025, all sales are final as we begin a new chapter at The Red Barn.

We’re officially closing the retail side of our business to focus fully on what we love most—hosting memorable events and offering unique, hands-on experiences through our Hat Bar and Permanent Jewelry services.

While we’ll no longer carry regular retail inventory, The Red Barn will transform into a welcoming space for parties, private events, and personalized experiences that bring people together. Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram for the latest updates on when you can book with us!

 

Shipping Info:

  • The Red Barn ships via FedEx, UPS, and USPS to anywhere in the United States.

  • Be sure your shipping location is safe; The Red Barn is not responsible for stolen or damaged packages.

  • You are responsible to enter the correct shipping information. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

  • All orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Local Pick-Up:

  • You may select the local pick-up option at checkout. Those orders may be picked up at The Red Barn at 106 S State Street in Geneseo, Illinois.

  • You will receive a notification in your email when your order is ready for pickup. Be sure to check your spam folder and ensure you are receiving emails from ashley@shoptheredbarn.com.
